While being the patient at Fox Chiropractic San Juan Capistrano as a result of being rear-ended, I found dozens of instances where charges were made towards insurance company that were never completed. Another issue of concern is the fact medical staff openly discusses treatment and billing in front of patients. I would had hopes medical information and financial matters would not be discussed in outdoors. As a chiropractor, Fox Chiropractic inside the business of helping people information. However, Howard Fox, San Juan Chiropractic, decided to around bill my insurance company, and over-treated me. By over-treating me, Chiropractor Howard Fox created more issues than resolving them.
