Try to get in as many reps and sets as you can during each muscle building session. Do at least
15 repetitions of each exercise, and do not take a long break between sets.
This constant working will increase lactic acid production and flow, thereby stimulating
the growth of muscle. You can grow your muscles tremendously by following this

and reducing the effectiveness of subsequent exercises.
One example of this are your biceps becoming fatigued
before lats on a row. You can solve that issue by doing a type of isolation exercise that does not require use of the biceps as much.
Your lats will already be exhausted, which means that when you perform the
rowing exercise, your biceps will no longer be the limiting factor.
Eat well on the days you workout your muscles. Approximately
60 minutes prior to exercising, consume calories. This does
not mean that you should overeat on workout days, but you should eat more than you do on days that you aren't in the gym.
