Prof. Jihyun Park, LL.D graduated from Law Faculty at Yonsei University for LL.D (2005);
University of Pennsylvania Law School for LL.M (1998); George Washington University Law Institute
for Pre Law (1995); and Yonsei University for Bachelor of Law (1994). Prof. Jihyun Park, LL.D
worked as a Legal Consultant at Chungjo Customs Office in Busan, Korea and Attorney at Moon
& Shim Law Offices in LA, California, U.S.A. She works as a Professor in the Department of Law at
Youngsan University from 2007 to the pres ent day. Her current positions are Director of Global
Center; Director of Korean Language Center; Director of King Sejong Institute in Bandung,
Indonesia; Member of public officer examiner; Member of diplomat officer examiner; Committee
member of Busan Met ropolitan City; and Committee member of Yangsan City. She has licenses
from New York State Attorney, Korean Language Teacher, and Patent(2). Prof. Jihyun Park, LL.D has
done many types of research in the field of law, such as International law in general, International
Economics, WTO, Environment, Human Rights, International Humanitarian, and Nuclear.
Prof. Jihyun Park, LL.D has published several books such as International Las cases and
Material, Samyoungsa (2010); EU Environmental Law, Bakyoungsa (2016); and Thinking and
Expression, Taehaksa, (2018). She also has published more than 50 articles.
