LiNGUA Jurnal Ilmu Bahasa dan Sastra (ISSN Print: 1693-4725 and E-ISSN: 2442-3823) is a peer-reviewed biannual journal published in June and December by the Laboratory of Information and Publication, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The journal has been accredited as SINTA 2 since December 2018, valid until June 2027 (view certificate). It publishes original research or conceptual articles focusing on linguistic issues in diverse branches, such as sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, critical discourse analysis, pragmatics, stylistics, corpus linguistics, and related areas. In the realm of literature, the journal encompasses literary history, literary theory, literary criticism, and related topics involving written texts, films, and other media. Additionally, the journal welcomes contributions on cultural studies and linguistic analysis in classroom discourse. Articles written in English or Arabic are preferred. Since 2023, LiNGUA has signed a cooperation agreement with the Linguistic and Literature Association (LITA) Indonesia. See the MOU here.
