Perbandingan Hasil Analisis Parameter Darah Lengkap Tikus Putih (Rattus novergicus) Menggunakan Hematology Analyzer Micros® 60 OT dan Rayto® 7600 Seri Veteriner

Abstract


Pemeriksaan darah lengkap alat analisis hematologi otomatis banyak digunakan di laboratorium medis dan kriteria peninjauan menjaga keseimbangan antara kualitas dan efisiensi dalam sistem analisis hematologi. Peningkatan dalam teknologi analisis hematologi telah memungkinkan hasil yang cepat dan sangat akurat bagi para dokter dan peneliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan parameter darah lengkap Rattus novergicus menggunakan hematology analyzer Micros® 60 OT dibandingkan dengan hematology analyzer Rayto® 7600 seri veteriner di Laboratorium Patologi Klinik FKUB, analisis hematologi otomatis menggunakan metode yang sama dengan hematology analyzer Micros® 60 OT dengan hematology analyzer Ratyo® 7600 seri veteriner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan hasil ukuran pada white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), dan trombosit tikus Wistar menggunakan kedua alat tersebut. Red blood cells manusia berdiameter sekitar 7,5-8,7 μm, sedangkan pada tikus berdiameter 6-7 μm. Trombosit manusia memiliki diameter 2-3 µm dan trombosit tikus memiliki diameter 1-2 µm. Ukuran sel darah manusia dengan tikus tidak berbeda jauh sehingga hasil tidak menunjukkan perbedaan nilai yang signifikan pada penggunaan kedua alat hematology analyzer tersebut. Namun secara penggunaan, hematology analyzer harus dikalibrasi sesuai dengan spesies yang akan diuji untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat. Preparesi sampel serta reagen yang digunakan juga dapat dioptimalkan agar sampel darah hewan (tikus) dapat terbaca lebih baik dan konsisten pada alat uji untuk sampel manusia.
