ImplemEntasi Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu di Koperasi Mahasiswa “Padang Bulan”
Abstract
Perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu adalah perjanjian kerja dengan pengusaha untuk mengadakan hubungan kerja dalam waktu tertentu atau untuk pekerjaan tertentu. Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan terbentuk agar dapat menangani masalah ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia serta dapat memberikan kepastian hukum. Perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu termuat dalam Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Koperasi Mahasiswa “Padang Bulan” merupakan instansi yang juga harus patuh dalam peraturan Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Koperasi Mahasiswa “Padang Bulan” juga menerapkan praktek perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu dalam membantu menjalankan unit usahanya sehingga peneliti bermaksud untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai bagaimana praktek perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu di Koperasi Mahasiswa “Padang Bulan” ditinjau berdasarkan Undang-Undang No 13 Tahun 2003 dan Hukum Islam.

Th act No. 13 of 2003 on manpower formed in order to handle manpower problems in Indonesia including give the legal security. The temporary appointment work agreement (temporary worker) included in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower. Student cooperative “Padang Bulan” State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is an Instance that must have to do in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower because student cooperative “Padang Bulan” is also applicable to temporary appointment work agreement in operating the business entreprise so that the researcher have intention to do a research regarding how the temporary appointment work agreement practicing in student cooperative “Padang Bulan” State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang based on the Act no. 13 of 2003 and shariah law.
