Author Guidelines
Articles submitted to the International Journal of Electrical and Intelligent Engineering (IJEIE) should make a meaningful contribution to scientific research or technological innovation. Authors must ensure that their papers meet the following criteria (1) through (6):
- The paper must be evaluated as having a high degree of innovation. (Innovation)
- The paper must be considered to show a strong level of originality. (Originality)
- The paper must demonstrate relevance and contribute to the progress of scientific knowledge or technological advancements. (Relevance)
- The paper must be free from clear mistakes or inaccuracies.
- The paper must fully comply with copyright regulations.
- The paper must not have been previously published in any form prior to its submission to IJEIE.
A. General Requirements
To meet the minimum standards of IJEIE, submissions must adhere to the following criteria:
- Manuscripts should be written in English.
- The paper length must be between 8 to 15 pages. If a submission exceeds 15 pages, the editorial team will evaluate its necessity.
- Authors should use reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote and apply the IEEE citation style.
- Papers must be formatted using the IJEIE Template.
B. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be organized as follows:
- Title: Clearly describe the research objectives, methodology, and goals without using acronyms or abbreviations.
- Abstract: Limited to 250 words, without citations. It should concisely state the research objective, design, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
- Section Structure: The manuscript should follow this order: Introduction – Method – Results and Discussion – Conclusion.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The article has not been published or is in the process of being reviewed elsewhere.
- The article does not contain plagiarism, fabrication, and duplication
- The article complies with the writing guidelines and templates
- Document with Word processor file formats of Microsoft Word (doc or docx)
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- All references mentioned in the Bibliography are cited in the text, and vice versa.
