  • Authors are encouraged to register and provide their ORCID iD.
  • To ensure a double-blind peer review, the manuscript file must not contain information that identifies the author(s). Author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and other identifying information should only be entered through the OJS metadata during submission.

4. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

  1. Title
  2. Author(s) Information
  3. Institutional Affiliation(s)
  4. Corresponding Author
  5. Abstract
  6. Keywords
  7. Introduction
  8. Materials and Methods (or Research Methodology)
  9. Results and Discussion
  10. Conclusion
  11. Acknowledgements (optional)
  12. References

The title should be concise, informative, and preferably not exceed 15 words.

The abstract should contain approximately 150–250 words and briefly present the background, objectives, methodology, principal findings, and conclusions.

Provide 3–5 keywords representing the main topics of the manuscript.

5. Manuscript Formatting

Authors must prepare manuscripts using the official CIRCULAR manuscript template.

General formatting requirements include:

  1. Font: Leelawade UI
  2. Font Size: 11 pt
  3. Line Spacing: 1.15
  4. Text Alignment: Justified
  5. Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and cited within the text.
  6. All figures should have sufficient resolution and be accompanied by appropriate captions.
  7. Mathematical equations should be editable and sequentially numbered where applicable.

Authors are advised not to modify the overall formatting style provided in the journal template.

6. References

CIRCULAR adopts the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) citation and referencing style.

Authors should ensure that:

  • References are relevant, accurate, and up to date.
  • A minimum of 15 references is required.
  • At least 70% of the references should be from peer-reviewed journal articles published within the last 10 years.
  • Every reference cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list, and every item in the reference list must be cited in the text.
  • References should include DOI information whenever available.
  • In-text citations should be presented using sequential Arabic numerals in square brackets, for example: [1], [2], or [3]–[5].
