LIBTECH: Library and Information Science Journal strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts must be original and have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

Before the peer review process, each submission is checked for similarity using Turnitin. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25% will be returned to the author for revision or may be rejected.
