Abstract
In the process of improving the quality of learning Arabic at any educational institution, it is necessary to evaluate the right to reach the four language skills, the skills of writing, reading, listening and speaking. Evaluation was primarily aimed at determining the Effectiveness and envisions learning activities with the main indicators of the success or the activities of learners in achieving learning goals in the set. Further into feedback for the improvement and development of the next learning process. Language test designed and conducted to obtain information on the happenings related to the effectiveness of language teaching is done, one of which is a test of learning Arabic. The success of the learning process in the classroom can be seen from the extent to which mastery competency has been mastered by all learners in the classroom.
