PERUBAHAN PERILAKU NOMOPHOBIA MELALUI PENDEKATAN INTERAKSI SOSIAL: SINGLE CASE RESEARCH (SCR)

Abstract


Pengguna smartphone yang semakin banyak merupakan wujud dari perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju dan cepat. Manfaat dari smartphone sangat dirasakan oleh penggunanya karena mampu memberikan kemudahan dan kelancaran dalam beraktivitas. Meskipun demikian, tidak sedikit dari pengguna smartphone menjadi kecanduan dan mengalami gangguan kesehatan atau dikenal dengan istilah nomophobia. Penggunaan smartphone yang tidak dapat terhindarkan, oleh karenanya diperlukan pendekatan yang dapat mencengah agar terhindar dari nomophobia, dalam hal ini yaitu pendekatan interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan Single Case Research dengan desain ABA yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan tingkah laku bagi anak nomophobia dengan pendekatan interaksi sosial. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang anak dengan nomophobia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan interaksi sosial memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap anak nomophobia dalam menggunakan smartphone.
