De Jure: Jurnal Hukum dan Syar'iah is an open-access international journal. Readers can read and download any full-text articles for free of charge (fully Open Access).
Starting from Volume 17 Issue 2 2025, the author should pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 5.500.000 per article once the manuscript was accepted. Payment should be transferred to Bank Tabungan Negara account number 00114-01-30-000007-0. RPL 032 BLU UIN MALIKI UTK OPS2. The payment can be made by using Bank Transfer. An invoice will be sent to the Authors whose article was accepted. The accepted articles will not be published until the APC is paid by the Author(s). The APC will be used for the full-text PDF articles production cost.
