Water will help to flush out your system and keep you fully hydrated Diet is extremely important when reversing diabetes. Eating the right foods will help to provide proper nutrition for the cells of the body and maintain the body's use of insulin. An increase in protein consumption is important. More protein in your diet will help with the repair of cell membranes, which could possibly aid the cells ability to begin to accept insulin. Always include vegetables with your diet.
