De Jure: Jurnal Hukum dan Syar'iah publishes biannually, in June and December. Articles for the June issue are published from January to June, while articles for the December issue are published from July to December.

Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and submitted to the Crossref system at the end of each publication period. This change does not affect the production timeline from acceptance to online publication. However, since articles are published online in their final form immediately after production is complete, the overall publication time is significantly shortened.
