The Editorial Board of De Jure hereby affirms that the journal does not collaborate with any third parties, intermediaries, or agencies in the scientific publication process.

All publication fees are transparently stated on the official website and must be paid exclusively through the official bank account of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Authors are strongly advised to ensure that all communications and transactions are conducted through the journal’s ოფიციial channels.

Furthermore, the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will only be issued after the manuscript has successfully passed all stages of the editorial and peer-review process. De Jure does not issue manual or preliminary LoA under any circumstances.

The journal shall not be held responsible for any publication offers, claims, or communications made outside the official procedures and platforms.
