This license permits others to share and adapt the work, provided proper attribution is given and the resulting work is distributed under the same license.

• Authors may make separate, additional contractual agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., upload it to institutional repositories or include it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
