Peran manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap motivasi belajar anak usia dini

Silvia Rahmayani, Yulia Citra, Mimi Herman

Abstract

Young children are at a stage of development that requires visual, kinesthetic, and emotional stimulation to foster a strong interest in learning. The results of the program showed an increase in children’s active participation in drawing and coloring activities, greater independence, and a greater interest in participating in subsequent learning sessions. Key factors for success included the availability of adequate resources, a comfortable learning environment, and active support from parents and the community. Data were collected through observation and documentation. Optimally managed learning resources—such as coloring and sketching paper, along with lessons on Arabic, Indonesian, English, and Islamic history—have proven effective in boosting children’s interest, curiosity, and motivation to learn. These findings confirm that effective management of resources and infrastructure not only impacts the quality of facilities but also directly contributes to enhancing the learning motivation of young children.
