Deep Learning dan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas : Pelatihan Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru SMP Al Maahira IIBS Malang
Abstract
Technological developments are encouraging education to no longer focus on memorization or superficial mastery of material, but rather on deeper and more meaningful learning. The Deep Learning approach is an important strategy because it helps students think critically, reflectively, actively, and connect knowledge to real-world situations. Through this training activity, they can understand, apply, and evaluate knowledge more comprehensively. Therefore, this approach is considered capable of improving the quality of learning, motivation, engagement, and student learning outcomes compared to traditional learning methods. The research method used was training and mentoring, which included the delivery of Deep Learning theory and practical use of its teaching modules and integration into classroom action research. The results of the activity showed that most teachers responded positively to the Deep Learning and Classroom Action Research training, which was carried out according to plan. Lecturers and students participated in this activity with a total of 20 participants. Teachers showed enthusiasm throughout all stages of the activity, from beginning to end, as seen from the results of the questionnaire administered. Continuous evaluation through feedback allows for the refinement of teaching methods, thereby encouraging a more effective and creative learning environment
