Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

1. The copyright of published articles shall be assigned/transferred to Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang as the publisher of Paradigm: Journal of Language and Literary Studies. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) that allows others to share and adapt the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
3. Authors retain the right to use all or part of the published work for future works, such as in books or lectures, with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

The Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, the copyright for publishing (publishing right) of the article shall be assigned/transferred to the publisher of Paradigm: Journal of Language and Literary Studies.
