J-PAI: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam (P-ISSN: 2355-8237 & E-ISSN: 2503-300X) is an international, open-access, and peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Indonesia in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Islamic Education Study Program (PPPAI Indonesia).
J-PAI: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam publishes original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers in the field of Islamic education from multidisciplinary perspectives, either in Indonesian or international contexts. The journal is published biannually (June and December) and accepts manuscripts in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Arabic, with abstracts in Bahasa Indonesia and English. J-PAI also encourages research that contributes to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the context of Islamic education. J-PAI: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam was accredited SINTA 2 on February 3rd, 2026, by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as a scientific journal in Director Decree (SK Dirjen No. 295/C/C3/KPT/2026) and Certified and effective until 2028.
This is an open-access journal, so all parties are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, or link to some or all parts of articles without any charge or prior permission from either authors or the journal editorial team.
J-PAI: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam has been indexed by the Science and Technology Index (SINTA), DOAJ, Crossref, GARUDA, Moraref, and many others.
