Article Fees

Article Processing Charges

All articles published in CAUCHY: Jurnal Matematika Murni dan Aplikasi are open access and freely available online. The journal publishes online only and does not provide commercial reprint services.

To support quality publishing operations, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after acceptance of the manuscript. There are no submission or review fees.

The APC covers the following services:

  • DOI registration for each article
  • Similarity checking using Turnitin (report available upon request)
  • Layout editing in accordance with the journal template and standards
  • Final publication in a downloadable PDF format
  • Journal platform maintenance and indexing support

APC Amount:

  • IDR 1,500,000 (for authors affiliated with Indonesian institutions)
  • USD 120 (for authors affiliated with non-Indonesian institutions)

Waiver Policy

CAUCHY may grant a full or partial APC waiver solely at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief. A waiver may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The manuscript is authored by a first author with a Scopus h-index greater than 15 (100% APC waiver).
  • For manuscripts whose first author is affiliated with an Indonesian institution, co-authorship with at least one author affiliated with a non-Indonesian institution may be eligible for a 50% APC waiver, subject to the Editor-in-Chief’s approval.
  • The manuscript is invited by the Editorial Team for a special purpose (e.g., invited paper or editorial initiative).
  • In exceptional cases, demonstrated long-term service contributions to the journal (e.g., editorial or peer-review activities) may be considered as supporting information, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Notes:

  • The APC applies to manuscripts of up to 16 pages (original research articles) and up to 25 pages (literature review articles).
  • Submissions exceeding these limits will incur an additional fee of IDR 100,000 per page (for authors affiliated with Indonesian institutions) or USD 10 per page (for authors affiliated with non-Indonesian institutions).
  • The APC may be adjusted based on the journal’s operational policy.
  • Waiver requests and decisions are independent of the editorial and peer-review process.
  • Requesting a waiver does not influence reviewer selection, manuscript evaluation, or the acceptance decision.
  • Authors wishing to request a waiver must do so by replying to the APC notification email sent by the Editor-in-Chief.
  • Supporting documents may be required to confirm eligibility, including evidence of the Scopus h-index (for the 100% waiver) and evidence of institutional affiliation (for the 50% waiver).
  • The final decision on waivers is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the journal’s waiver policy and available operational support.
