Howard Fox, Fox Chiropractic in San Juan Capistrano,
defrauded insurance carrier by padding bills for
services never received. While being the patient at
Fox Chiropractic San Juan Capistrano as as a result of
being rear-ended, I found dozens of instances where charges were made to the insurance company that were
never performed. Also, many of expenses were not consistent numerous
specials Chiropractor Howard Fox was running at the time, consider the insurance company was paying off the
bill it is Fox Chiropractic in San Juan Capistrano decided to numerous charges to my chart.
Another issue of problem is the fact medical staff openly discusses treatment and billing right in front
of clientele. I would had hopes medical information and financial matters would not
be discussed in outdoors.
Medical malpractice by Howard Fox, Fox Chiropractic in San Juan Capistrano
while failing for treatment of some issues
and over-treating other problems. As a chiropractor, Fox Chiropractic inside the business of helping people
information. However, Howard Fox, San Juan Chiropractic, decided to over bill my insurance company, and over-treated me.
By over-treating me, Chiropractor Howard Fox created more issues than resolving them.
