Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance, with educational supervision as a mediating variable. The quality of education is highly dependent on teacher performance, which is influenced by organizational contextual factors and individual personal characteristics. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The research population comprised all permanent teachers at the Amal Bakti Anak Soleh Foundation in Bogor City, with a saturated sample of 35 teachers. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that: (1) Organizational culture does not have a significant direct effect on teacher performance. (2) Spiritual intelligence has a direct, positive, and significant effect on teacher performance. (3) Organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on educational supervision. (4) Educational supervision has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. (5) Educational supervision was found to fully mediate the effect of organizational culture on teacher performance. (6) Educational supervision also partially mediates the effect of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. The practical implication of this study is the importance for school management to foster a supportive organizational culture and implement professional development-oriented supervision practices to transform teachers' individual potential into superior performance.
