Abdulrahman Fahad Albalawi holds a PhD in Translation Studies from Leeds University. Currently, Abdulrahman serves as an Assistant Professor of Translation Studies within the Department of Languages and Translation at Taibah University. Abdulrahman's research interests primarily revolve around various aspects of translation. Specifically, he focuses on English Quran translations, Arabic-English translation, retranslation, discourse analysis of translated texts, as well as automated measures and human judgments of text readability and comprehensibility. Since 2012, Abdulrahman has been actively involved in teaching several translation and linguistic modules at the undergraduate level. His dedication to teaching has allowed him to share his passion while nurturing the minds of aspiring translators and linguists.
