JIM is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published biannually (March and September) by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
JIM welcomes manuscripts that present original findings, critical reviews, and innovative approaches that contribute to evidence-based medicine, improve healthcare practice, and strengthen the integration of Islamic values with contemporary medical and health sciences.
The journal is accredited SINTA 3 based on the Decree No. 225/E/KPT/2022, issued by The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia for the period from Vol. 6 No. 1 2022 to Vol. 10 No. 2 2026.
