The development of Islamic law in modern countries is an interesting study material for scholars and policymakers. Islamic law is believed to be able to build a civil society. De Jure: Jurnal Hukum dan Syar'iah aims to be an active forum to discuss new ideas about the development of Islamic law in Muslim or non-Muslim countries. This journal is not a forum for normative reflection on Islamic law but it focuses on the implementation, adaptation, compromise, or absorption of Islamic law in the national law of a country based on the principles of democracy, justice, rule of law, tolerance, and peace building. 

De Jure: Jurnal Hukum dan Syar'iah focuses on contemporary issues in the field of Islamic law in indonesia and muslim countries with gender, political, and human rights approaches.

This journal provides insight into the contemporary dynamics of Islamic law by focusing on the question of how Islamic law adapts to various interests so that it becomes state law. This journal focuses on what Muslims actually do in order to accommodate Islamic law in a modern legal state.  De Jure considers that Islamic law can be used as a basis or source for the formulation of modern state law today.  

Articles that make a more general theoretical or comparative contribution are preferable to those that focus narrowly on a particular society. Papers based on a single country or case should also address issues relevant to the implementation of Islamic law outside the country in question.

De Jure: Jurnal Hukum dan Syar’iah is published by the Sharia Faculty of Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang,East Java, Indonesia.  De Jure was accredited SINTA 1 by The Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (Decree of the Director General of Strengthening Research and Development Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education No. 30/E/ KPT/2019). It was subsequently ranked as SINTA 1 in 2024 based on the decree of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No 72/E/KPT/2024.

Additionally, De Jure has been indexed by SCOPUS since 2024.

Since Volume 16, Issue 1, in 2024, De Jure: Jurnal Hukum dan Syar'iah has adopted a new publication model known as “Continuous Article Publishing.” All accepted articles are published immediately within an issue. De Jure: Jurnal Hukum dan Syar'iah publishes biannually, in June and December. Articles for the June issue are published from January to June, while articles for the December issue are published from July to December.

Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and submitted to the Crossref system at the end of each publication period. This change does not affect the production timeline from acceptance to online publication. However, since articles are published online in their final form immediately after production is complete, the overall publication time is significantly shortened.

Jurisdictie: Jurnal Hukum dan Syariah (print ISSN 2086-7549, online ISSN 2528-3383) is a peer-reviewed open access international journal published biannually by the Program of Sharia Economic Law, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, East Java, Indonesia. The journal covers discussions on Economic Laws and Islamic Economic Laws. The articles are in English because it aims at reaching the global authors, researchers, and readers. Since this is an open access journal, the available contents are free of charge. The internet users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purposes without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Jurisdictie has been indexed by Crossref since 2015. Therefore, all articles have unique DOI number.

Ijaz Arabi Journal of Arabic Learning (ISSN Print: 2620-5912 ISSN Online: 2620-5947) is a journal that publishes original papers researching in Arabic teaching and learning. It is published by the Department of Arabic Language Education, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia. Journal History

Since Volume 4, the journal has regularly published three times a year in February, June and October. We accept original research, conceptual, and best practice articles related to Arabic teaching and learning. el Harakah Jurnal Budaya Islam (en: el Harakah Journal of Islamic Culture) is a journal published by Humas, Dokumentasi & Publikasi of Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. It aims to promote scientific publication on Islamic culture and local wisdom of Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

The scope included in this Journal of Islamic Culture covers: (1) The cultural traditions and practices rooted in Islam; (2) Islam and dynamics of local wisdom; (3) The unique characteristics of Indonesian Islam within its cultural diversity; (4) Dynamic of thoughts in Islamic culture; (5) Actual values of local wisdom and Islamic culture; (6) The historical and cultural roles of Islam in shaping societies; (7) The role of education in promoting Islamic culture; (8) The integration of Islamic faith of local tradition; (9) The impact of Islamic culture on business practices; and (10) Cultural divergence in Islamic civilization. 

The first issue of this publication, named Jurnal at Tarbiyah, was published by Tarbiyah Faculty as the branch of IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. The journal had been renamed after the change of the institution status into Islamic College (STAIN) in 1997, into el Harakah Jurnal Budaya Islam. It published three issues annually in 1997-2009. Since 2010, it publishes two issues on June and December, in English or Arabic language. The journal is accredited SINTA 2 (view certificate) based on the decree No. 200/M/KPT/2020 for the period December 2019 to June 2024.

Beginning with Vol. 27 No. 1 (2025), el Harakah Jurnal Budaya Islam has implemented a thematic issue policy, in which each issue focuses on a particular topic within the broader field of Islamic culture and society. This editorial approach aims to strengthen the journal’s scholarly focus, foster more coherent academic discussions, and encourage deeper engagement with contemporary cultural and societal issues.

Ulul Albab: Jurnal Studi Islam is a peer-reviewed journal published biannually (June and December) by Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang since 2000. Ulul Albab: Jurnal Studi Islam has been accredited (Sinta 1) by The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia. This journal is in collaboration with Asilha (Asosiasi Ilmu Hadis Indonesia).

The journal publishes articles on Islamic Studies that cover both literary and fieldwork research. The journal aims to advance scholarly discourse on Islamic studies by providing a platform for research that explores various dimensions of Islam encompassing textual, historical, and empirical perspectives across classical, medieval, modern, and contemporary periods within the Islamic world. It particularly emphasizes Islamic philosophy and mysticism, Islamic politics and society, Tafsir and Hadith, Islamic education and history, as well as Islamic law and economics.

CAUCHY welcomes high-quality submissions of original research articles, comprehensive literature reviews, and special-topic contributions in pure and applied mathematics. All submitted manuscripts must demonstrate clear mathematical rigor, methodological soundness, and relevance to the development of pure or applied mathematics.

Submitted manuscripts must explicitly identify the research gap addressed by the study and clearly state the novelty and scientific contribution of the work. The research gap must be supported by relevant scholarly literature and should explain why the study is necessary. The novelty and scientific contribution must demonstrate how the manuscript advances existing mathematical knowledge, methods, models, algorithms, or applications beyond the current state of the art. Manuscripts that do not clearly present a research gap, novelty, and scientific contribution may be considered unsuitable for review.

The publication of Jurnal Neutrino:Jurnal Fisika dan Aplikasinya aims to be the forum for academics and practitioners to write and publish their latest work. It is also to be a communications media among physicists in the world.
As Jurnal Neutrino:Jurnal Fisika dan Aplikasinya had limited readers, Starting in 2012, Jurnal Neutrino:Jurnal Fisika dan Aplikasinya published an online version under the Open Journal System (OJS). In 2015, Jurnal Neutrino:Jurnal Fisika dan Aplikasinya formally received e-ISSN 2460-5999.

EGALITA Jurnal Kesetaraan dan Keadilan Gender is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal by Pusat Studi Gender dan Anak (PSGA) or Center for Gender and Child Studies Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
